After ten years of growing her company, designer Christina Perrin is looking to scale things back a little; in March of 2002 she announced that she was stopping production of her wholesale business as part of an overall downsizing of her company. When Fashion File caught up with Christina a few months prior to the announcement, she talked about the challenges she faced when trying to balance art and commerce.
