Bottega Veneta - Fall/Winter 2006
Tomas Maier, the designer behind the Bottega Veneta label, is a firm believer in the fact that logos and brand names should be inconsequential in the world of fashion. While many recognize the designer’s woven leather handbags as being labels in and of themselves, Maier’s Fall/Winter 2006 collection maintained his signature understated elegance while also giving rise to the launch of Bottega Veneta’s new line of fine jewellery.

Now that leather goods are driving the house forward, Maier is developing the fashion end of the house and positioning the company against luxury icons like Hermès. Like the accessories, the clothing is exceptional quality and focused on details that really need to be seen up close to appreciate. Take a look.
