I have a new crush that gets my heart pounding and my face all flushed and sweaty faster than Michael Phelps does these days, and his name is Nicholas Kirkwood. I have just found out about this London-based shoe designer (I'm fashionably late to this party), and his Fall 08 collection had me gasping with pleasure at my computer all morning. The entire collection is made up of beautiful materials, sexy details and sits on a perfectly-shaped HIGH heel and a pervy little platform. Perfection. And probably easier to get my hands on than a member of the US swim team.
